Acceptance
This website is operated by Quintel Corporation Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registration 03248716) with its registered office in London. By using quintelcorp.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
These terms were last updated in March 2026. We may change them; the version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
The information on this site
Content is published for general information about the group and its activities. It is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the date of publication and is not updated continuously. Operational and financial figures relate to FY2025, ended 31 December 2025, unless the page states otherwise.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, commodity or interest in any Quintel entity, nor is it investment, legal, tax or technical advice. Quintel is privately held; its shares are not offered to the public.
Mineral resources and reserves
Mineral resource and ore reserve estimates on this site are prepared under the JORC Code (2012), or SAMREC (2016) for the South African asset, and are reported by or under the supervision of a Competent Person as defined in those codes. The full statement, including the Competent Person statements, the material assumptions and the modifying factors, is published in the annual resource and reserve statement and is available on request.
Estimates are estimates. Mineral resources that are not ore reserves have not demonstrated economic viability, and there is no certainty that any part of them will ever be converted into reserves. Summary figures on this website are extracts; where a summary on this site differs from the full statement, the full statement governs.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share this site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Systematically extract content by scraping, crawling or bulk download other than by well-behaved search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt.
- Reproduce our name, wordmark or content in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or a commercial relationship that does not exist.
- Introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or interfere with its availability.
- Impersonate Quintel or any of its employees, including in recruitment, procurement or investment contexts.
Fraud and impersonation
Quintel never charges a fee to apply for a job, to attend an interview, to process a visa or to register as a supplier. We never ask candidates or suppliers to pay money to a Quintel employee or to a third party acting on our behalf. Anyone who asks you for money in our name is committing fraud.
Our recruitment communication comes only from addresses ending @quintelcorp.com. Offers of employment are made in writing on letterhead after an interview process. If you receive a communication you doubt, forward it to [email protected] before responding.
Impersonation of Quintel for advance-fee fraud is persistent in our sector. We report every case we learn of to the relevant authorities, and we publish warnings on the newsroom when a campaign is active.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, data, graphics, maps, layout and code — is owned by Quintel Corporation Limited or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and database rights. The Quintel name and wordmark are trade marks of the group.
You may quote short extracts with attribution to QuintelCorp and a link to the source page. Journalists and researchers may use figures and charts from this site with attribution and without asking permission. Republishing whole pages, or using our marks in a product or service, requires written consent.
Photography
Photographs on this site are representative rather than documentary. They show the type of pit, plant, product or facility described in the accompanying text; they are not necessarily a photograph of that licence area, that shift or that consignment, and captions should be read as descriptions of the subject rather than as a record of a particular date or place.
Where a figure, a table or a statement of fact appears next to an image, the figure is the disclosure. Nothing in a photograph should be treated as evidence of a production rate, an equipment fleet, a workforce composition or an environmental condition at any specific operation.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites — host government registers, industry bodies, standards organisations and the independent Speak Up provider. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything the linked organisation does or says.
Liability
We take reasonable care over the content of this site but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this site, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, and for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your local law.
